Finally after IKEA's third party assembly service canceled the last time on us. This lady knows IKEA stuff better than the staff at IKEA and the best part was Phoenix Furniture Assembly came out the same day we called and saved the day by assembling our IKEA furniture. We had a Malm dresser and two PAX units with drawers and our bed with a headboard and drawers. The assemblers finished in just a few hours and everything was perfect and we didn't have to lift a finger.

We got a cash discount from Phoenix Furniture Assembly on all of our IKEA furniture and when the delivery failed. Mary and her team of assemblers went to IKEA and picked up our order and delivered it for free. They took ownership when IKEA wouldn't and even though we were upset. Garth and staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our kitchen gorgeous! They were able to repair our dog chewed corners, replace a water damaged pony wall and had an amazing granite guy to do our counter tops. If anything wasn’t to our satisfaction Garth immediately addressed the issue and fixed it.
