Jeff was extremely responsive and unlike so many contractors today, he kept us informed and actually showed up on time when he said he would be there. He is personally very skilled in all aspects of woodworking and quite resourceful. They are flexible to your needs and totally committed to exceeding your expectations.

I recently had my cabinets and countertops done. I'm pretty disappointed in the process and more so in the lack of response from the company since I expressed my disappointment. They have not responded to address any of my concerns. There were delays, the sink was installed the wrong side out, and the cabinets had some minor chips. Along with some other installation issues. I really felt like I was not a priority since my kitchen was a small renovation. The cabinets are pretty and so is the countertop but I think I paid too much to have it professionally done and didn't get a professional experience.

New Cabinet Company has a really great selection of cabinets for a great price. Highly recommend for the value - the cabinets are high quality without paying high-end prices.
