Wow, just wow I am so happy with the work that James and his son did on my house in East Mesa. After six weeks of renovation and things not going smoothly it was so refreshing to have James come and put 5 inch baseboards on my home and make it so pretty. He was courteous, clean, and super friendly. Communication with James was awesome. I have had a home cleaning business for 24 years and would highly recommend James and his son to any of my clients. This was of the most rude, bizarre phone calls I've ever had with a service company. I had some baseboards that had to be taken out and I'm looking for someone to replace them so the match the rest, so I called this guy.

He was very short with me from the moment he picked up the phone, I explained the situation and he asked if it was an insurance job, as in, one that my insurance company was paying for. i said no, and then he immediately replied with Sorry I'm too busy and hung up on me.

I almost never review companies but after he hung up on me I was stunned, and felt compelled to warn others of someone who based solely on my own impression is trying to overcharge my insurance, and when realized it was an out of pocket sort of thing decided it wasn't worth it. Felt very sheisty to me, and I know that insurance jobs as they call them are highly profitable since those companies tend to over quote on repairs. Anyway, make up your own mind but I won't ever make the mistake of calling this guy again.
