Terrible service, no communication and overall unprofessional.
Hired this company to assist one of our customers in replacing a door.
Day 1 (Feb 18). Their tech got a minor razor cut and left the job site. No install.
Day 3 (Feb 20). Their tech goes back out with a defective door and is trying to convince our customer to install said door. Our customer refused the damaged door (rightfully so). Tech leaves.
We are not informed of anything until our customer calls in to complain that her door has yet to be replaced. Once we follow up with Jennifer, the so called operations manager, we are informed of the situation and are told they are working on sourcing the door.
Day 5 (Feb 22). We receive an email from Jennifer stating that they are stepping aside from the request and cannot complete the job.
THEY REFUSED TO COMPLETE THE JOB. Only to turn around and tell our customer we refused to work with them and let them finish the job. They were hired to remedy a situation and made it 10x worse.
We have all emails and proof of all of the occurrences with this company. Would never recommend to anyone looking for anything professional to say the least.
