Old or new llc has been my go to professional for over 20 years. Recently he redid my kitchen and bath cabinets they are now better than new. The care, the professionalism is stellar.. please enjoy the before and after shots... He is also wonderful on other smaller jobs... he has replaced the garbage disposal & faucet with the same care, concern and professionalism... I trust his work whether it is a complete remodel or a simple replacement part. With Old or new LLC the same care, concern & professionalism for the job is there whether large or small.

Initial consultation and design went very well. My consultant/designer, Alyssa Roden, was right on time for both appointments and came up with an efficient and attractive design for my proposed project, turning a wall in my great room into a massive bookcase.

However, on the day of installation, the installers no-call-no-showed during the scheduled window of 1000-1200. It took several calls to the office and multiple missed ETAs before they finally arrived at 1645 with no explanation or apology. I get that you guys are busy, but so am I and I expect punctuality.

To their credit, the installers did a great job. The materials and installation are very high quality, especially considering the reasonable final cost.
