Beautiful custom cabinetry, millwork, and customer service!

They were very professional and helpful during the remodel. We had a small problem but they corrected it to our satisfaction and followed up to make sure we were happy. Would recommend to others AA+++

Can’t say enough good things about James and his son. They are both hard working, friendly, and honest. It’s obvious they take pride in their work. They showed up when they said they would and always left a tidy work area. The baseboards and casing they did are perfect! Happy to recommend and we hope to work with them again soon!

They are honest, reliable and so hardworking. Did an amazing job. If you are looking for someone trustworthy that does what they day they will. Hire these guys!

The woman who helped me was extremely polite and helpful. I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for, as I was picking up cabinets on someone else's behalf. But she knew exactly what I was picking up and had a gentleman get it from them back. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes! Thank you for the efficient service! I'm sure I'll see you guys again.

10/10 recommend these guys. An honest and trust worthy father and son team that puts out a great product and a great experience. My wife and I wanted to have a custom vanity made in our master bath and they 100% gave us exactly what we wanted. The quality in their product is there and they even helped arrange getting our quartz counter done which by the way they have an awesome and quick turn around granite guy. Don’t hesitate to use these guys! Thank you for taking care of us!

I worked next door to them as an Estimator. Before that I was a carpenter for 20 years. I can take 1 look at a shop and know what kind of quality they produce. The shop was always organized with tools in their place. The sheet material was stacked flat and not vertically (some shops store 4x8 sheet materials vertically which leads to bowing and poor craftsmanship. As for installation, there is only so much an owner can do. You hope to hire the right people, but every carpenter I have ever known has had at least 1 bad day at work. They were contracted to work with us via our contract with Lowes. The initial installation went well. They even retrofitted a cabinet that was sent incorrectly. Shortly after we could see the mitered corners at the top of the crown molding above the cabinets were opening. When we call them they said that we were to use the wax pencil to fill it in. I called Lowe's and they said the same. We try to use the wax pencil and it did not work. One of the cracks is quite large for a mitered edge. We have lived in houses all over the United States and I have never encountered this. I just feel we paid quite a bit for the kitchen and I shouldn't be seeing cracks within few months of being installed on every mitered corner.

They took deposit in January... it's the middle of August and 1% of carport conversion is done...and that 1% failed 1st inspection...Ron let his license expire so work was done on my property under a suspended license...there is always an excuse as to why his crew keeps breaking scheduled appts...I have contacted AZ ROC and informed them of the operating practices of this company...I could never reccomend ...I would advise anyone to stay clear of Full Frame Construction and Ron...I saw the reviews from last year and brought it up to Ron, who asked me to give him a chance... he's still doing the same thing that others complained about before... he's changed nothing... no more chances Ron
