Best Hot Water Extraction in Phoenix AZ

Hired to clean business offices. Sales rep was friendly but their cleaning was very poor: floors, toilets, desks, etc nothing was cleaned despite repeated communications. Refused to admit non-performance so they could get their remaining contract amount. I do not recommend them

Horrible service. Carpet looked worse than it did before they ran a cheap home carpet cleaner over it. Save your money. Above all don't zelle this guy anything. Operates out of a residence. Non professional. We had to pay for another actual pro to do over. Paid $150 to have dirty smelly carpets. Would give zero if possible.

Very thorough cleaning! Got all stains out completely. Have been using Dr. Chem Dry for 5 years now. Never disappointed.
