Best Hot Tub in Phoenix AZ

We've been customers over 15 years, and are very unhappy with their customer service. I have called and emailed poolman many times only to leave a message and NEVER receive a return call. They stopped putting the charge on my credit card and I received a bill PAST DUE!
I want to take care of this, but can't ever talk to anyone.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET A CALL BACK TO STRAIGHTEN THIS OUT? NOT A GOOD WAY
TO DO BUSINESS.
TIME TO SHOP FOR A NEW POOL SERVICE COMPANY!
The man that services our pool doesn't do a very good job.
Plus now in addition to their very large price increase, they want me to help pay for their gas.
Is this how you treat an elderly disabled veteran?
