Best Dry-Out in Phoenix AZ

I hate posting bad reviews but, in this case, it’s warranted.This was my first experience with OrganiCare and I was hoping to be a long term customer since it’s so conveniently located near my house.I picked up my dry cleaning today and didn’t double check to make sure all three items were intact. I got home, took the plastic off, and found an empty hanger between the first and third article of clothing with writing that read: “lost blouse, purple”The woman at the front desk didn’t bother to tell me they had lost my dress when I picked up my items today. I can’t help but feel that was intentional and now I don’t trust that it was an accident. You’ve had my clothes for three days. How exactly does a dress magically disappear in that time period? How do I know someone didn’t keep it? I want the money that I paid for that dress.

I brought in a Gray Blazer Jacket to get cleaned and it looked like nothing. Was done. They even said they could have done a wet wash but that they didn’t get to it. The manager said if he wouldn’t of gotten to it that he would of gotten it done. But he never saw that. I’ve been coming here because I trusted them to do a good job. So disappointed. Jacket looks worse than what I looked like. Do not recommend them anymore. Bad service.

I have a Design Studio that has some pretty large windows and impossible to clean!! Thanks to Paradise Window Cleaning, they are CRYSTAL clear which makes such a huge difference. Zero streaks! Super fast too. Commercial or Residential they do it all beautifully!
