Best Customized Janitorial Service in Phoenix AZ

We have used Arizona Cleaning for about 3 years and are very happy with their work. I was comfortable enough with their quality of work that I recommenced them to my parents and they now clean their home as well. A very satisfied customer!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Health Point Cleaning Solutions in Phoenix and Scottsdale. They are extremely well trained. The detail cleaning is remarkable. The communication is great and they are always concerned about trying to improve on their service. I never post reviews. Nor have I ever experienced service this terrible. Janpro obviously cares about 1 thing and that's their bottom line. They don't care if they lose customers because they know they get new ones as fast as they lose them.
The crews don't wear uniforms, they bring their children to the job-site (and they work), they often don't bring supplies unless you catch them, and towards the end of our contract, I audited them and found out they didn't show up to 2 of their shifts in December. When I brought this up to our account manager/operations guy, they were not outraged, they didn't assure me it wouldn't happen again, they just said they'd refund us.
As someone in customer service, it's hard to even comprehend how you could mentally and financially risk treating customers this way. It's not a good look, nor is it smart for business.
Save your money, do your research, spend a little more and hire a company that cares about quality.

I hired saniguys to clean my house of almost 3000 sqft. These guys are freaking awesome.. I had to run a couple errands so I left them by themselves. When I came back I was amazed. They had steamers and everything going on. I felt like I was the dirty one once I walked in. And the great thing about it is that they use organic chemicals. So there was no hard smells.that was a plus since I have kids. they went above and beyond. Customer service was great and very friendly! Very professional.. I would highly recommend. Super affordable compared to other companies I had called.

Did a really good job on a house they cleaned for me that was absolutely disgusting, dirt caked on the floor smelling like something had died; transformed it back into a great house to live in for half the price of the other quotes I got from services in Tempe. Will definitely use again.
