We have been using Arizona Cleaning for the past few years and we are extremely happy with their service and performance. They do an excellent job cleaning the house and I always feel like it is cleaner and neater than I could have made it by myself. We have two large dogs in the house so the pet hair and dust and general mess is significant but it always looks perfect when they're done. More importantly, they have taken the time to get to know my dogs so I don't have to worry on days when I can't be home while they are working!

I love that they show up on time and use professional equipment and products, which is not always the case with house cleaners. They have recently added some new employees and I was happy to see that their new people showed up well trained, in uniform, and ready to go! Every employee I have interfaced with (including the owner) has been willing to take instruction and accommodate our needs. We had one hidden trash can that they weren't emptying because they didn't know it was there; I pointed it out one time and they have emptied it every visit since then.

When they first started working for us they made it a point to explain all their policies about what they will and will not clean so that my expectations were set correctly, and that's something that I appreciate very much.

So I need a cleaning service for a while. I have a really bad back so many challenges and a friend of mine reached out to me and said you should try thumbtack so I went on Thumbtack and found Sumo Cleaners. There was a picture and the guy looked friendly. You can always tell a lot by a picture I sent a request I got an immediate response from Carter. He was professional and amazing and so personable and tended to my needs. He set up an appt and a cleaner came out to my house. She was amazing. She was so great and professional, and wanted to just do the best she could to help me and make my apartment sparkle ! which she did is just that her name is Shadaya and she is great.
