Jack and Chimney Cricket cleaned my old house fireplace which has a gas fired insert unit, I never had it cleaned and wow was it overdue for an expert inspection and cleaning! He showed up on time, clear estimate and careful walking up on my roof (didn't crack any tiles) and made sure the top cap was good.
