Best Air Conditioning Vents in Phoenix AZ

I have mixed feelings about Tidy Casa, I hired them to come in and clean a 5 bedroom 3 bath house in preparation for the holidays in 2016. I purchased upgrades including deep cleaning, pet hair etc because I knew the house needed it. I even paid for the eco friendly cleaning products since I have pets. I warned them in the request that the house is 2/3rds tile/hardwood and to be prepared. The total was around $400. They showed up on time, they were friendly....but they only sent 2 people instead of 3-4 that they should have sent. They explained they were short handed. Anyway...the ladies started in the master bathroom and did a great job. It took them way too long, apparently using hairspray makes it difficult to get the mirrors clean? Apparently Windex isn't eco friendly? Their idea of cleaning hard wood and tile is a swifter mop and wet towels pushed around the floor. As a professional cleaning company I expected something like a hoover cleaning system for hardwood and tile? Its what I use if I clean it myself, it does a better job than a swifter mop and its much quicker. They chugged along for several hours (more than quoted) and proclaimed they were done and exited the house without allowing me to followup on the work done. They ended up running low on cleaning towels and cat hair was over most everything towards the end of the cleaning. I sent Ryan a text with pictures showing the work they missed. Remember, I paid extra for deep clean which includes cleaning light switches, baseboards, air intake for AC etc...all of which were missed. They also failed to clean the inside of the Microwave....in their defense my microwave is above the oven and it looks to the unknowing as a double oven instead of a microwave so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I give credit to Ryan for sending them back out to make it right but honestly I shouldn't have to be around longer on the initial cleaning because they didn't send sufficient staff to clean the house in the time quoted resulting in the staff that was there getting too tired to complete the job on the first try. Disclaimer, this is the only cleaning company I have ever tried so I have nothing else to compare them to. Based on how I clean my own house I haven't used them again, I simply clean it myself.
