I would give poolman a 5 star rating but I’ve had so many issues with previous pool techs and untimely responses from people in the office when I’ve had issues that I thought about finding a new pool company. However, Terrance Wilson who is my pool tech now is amazing and does an awesome job! Terrance is very personal and knowledgeable, I would hope that this company appreciates his hard work and dedication to you guys.
