Worst cleaning experience ever! First lady showed up 15 minutes late, 2nd lady showed up 30 minutes late. Cleaning was terrible, kitchen counters had reside, kitchen sink never cleaned, bathtubs hair and residue, rooms were not swept or mopped, etc. I had to ask if they were even cleaned. As if that wasn't enough they packed up and were leaving 15 minutes early, I mentioned that they still owe for the 45 minutes they were late and they just smiled and left. I paid $200.00 and spent the next day myself cleaning for 4 hours so it would be ready for the open house, worst experience ever! Please be sure to read through the reviews, several others had same experience.

Elizabeth and Premium Custodian Services has been the best cleaning service we have ever had. We have been through several of them but they are hands down the best. Their service is top notch and their cleaning is even better. They show pictures and communicate very well on anything that needs to be addressed. We are 100% happy with them and will never switch! Horrible. They are a franchise service and don't stand behind the people they assign to you. Made all kinds of promises until I signed up. Cleaning consists of dusting and vacuuming. If you want more than that, look elsewhere.
