We contracted Phoenix Concrete & Paving to rebuild our concrete driveway and a concrete walkway from our front door to the new driveway and around the side of our home. On our initial impression, they were professional, well-mannered, and knowledgeable. Once the project commenced they were able to stick to their timeline and completed the project under budget - both of which were very pleasant surprises. Throughout the process of quoting and the actual construction the team was very responsive, assuring and pleasant to speak with. Overall things went much smoother than anticipated and we're very proud of our new driveway and sidewalk. Highly recommend these folks for any residential concrete services. I don't know how this place has a 5 star rating I called to get an estimate and they were super rude. I gave the estimator the dimensions and he stated he needed to look at it first. Then I proceeded to ask some more questions for him to just start yelling at me about the job. I will not do business with a company that is so unprofessional.

I had submitted an inquiry online because I am interested in replacing the flooring in my home and have no idea what the cost is, not even generally. It was my hope to have someone give me a ballpark and then come to my home for a quote. Tom Alan responded and left a voicemail. When I called him back he was unprofessional and dismissive and - it seemed - bothered by the call. First impression is critical for any business. Lost sale.

Guy came to my house measured my yard and never sent me a quote... Had me wait very unprofessional!!

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
