I had been receiving foundation repairs from another company. I had discovered new foundation concerns and shared these concerns. The only repair recommended was stem wall repair at the front of the house, which was never mentioned by the other company. This repair had a lifetime warranty as well. The repair was far less expensive than I anticipated. In addition, Brian provided advice on how to better use my moisture removal system to avoid dropping of the slab due to over-drying of the ground. When asked about his recommendations on my other home improvements, he provided great advice and clear instructions, including dealing with other slab cracks and even new floor installation. Upon the end of the meeting, I was extremely relieved and excited about the go-ahead to continue my home renovations with confidence. Thank you!
