We hired an Arizona Ram Jack consultant to look at a home that we wanted to purchase after discovering that the home was heaving (cracks in the stem and front room). He was very thorough in looking at the home and recognizing what types of cracks in walls and around windows and whatnot were likely due to the foundation issues. He recognized many things that our inspector and ourselves were not aware of and likely what it led to. He was professional, informative, and showed us a sample of the engineer analysis, which was very impressive! What I liked most about them is they don't have hidden fees and are straight-forward with the costs of things.
