I recently had Arizona Foundation Solutions repair the foundation on my elderly father's property in Sun Lakes and was very pleased with the level of expertise, communication, and friendliness of the staff and technicians. The first phase was installing piles on the (zero lot line) side of the home. Lead technician David Ortiz took great care not to damage the neighbors landscaping or property during excavation and soil replacement by his crew. I was amazed that this all took place in one day. The second phase was some floor leveling using the poly level method, technicians Sara and Alex were a pleasure to work with and were very communicative and professional. I am very pleased with the results and must also mention the pleasure of working with the salesperson Brian Patrick.
