He answered all our questions throughout each stage of the project and put us at ease. Dianna Taylor was a pleasure to speak with. She kept us informed while waiting for the city to issue the permit and scheduled each phase of the project when it was convenient for us. Each crew did a fantastic job – the work ethic, professionalism and communication of was amazing! The Pier crew’s Foreman, Victor Carrillo, demonstrated excellent leadership skills, kept his crew on task, ensured quality and kept us informed during the process. His crew, Robert Gonzales, Joshua Morfin, Jayquan Ahumada and Angle Romo worked very hard and their workmanship gave us confidence that our home was in good hands. The Poly Crew, Jeremy Bustos and Ernest Young did a wonderful job. They were very professional and completed their work quickly without us needing to move our (very large) bed. The Stem Wall Crew, David Bickers and Micha Spivey, did an incredible job – our stem walls look brand new, which exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Ram Jack of Arizona!
