I have been a customer with Arizona Foundation Solutions for over a year now and it has been one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had. They misdiagnosed the extent of repair work that was needed and surprised me with a new quote on the day of the repair for a much higher amount. Once the initial repair work was done, I continued to experience additional foundation cracking and it has been almost impossible to contact my assigned sales representative. When I have been able to contact him, he continually fails to follow up with me or do what he says he will do. The actual repair work that was done was satisfactory, but every other aspect of working with Arizona Foundation Solutions has been a nightmare.
Edit since the owner failed to acknowledge the reason behind my review: I'm not unhappy with the performance of my home, I'm unhappy with the customer service. Since the additional cracking occurred, I reached out to have my 1-year post install engineering analysis conducted. That was a couple months ago and I have called my sales rep countless times for multiple reasons (information on my account, attempting to move forward with additional repairs, etc) and my messages are either ignored or I am told something will be done and that I will be followed up with. I have honestly just been trying to purchase additional services from AZ Foundation Solutions and it has felt like pulling teeth. Also, I’m not sure what my sales representative documented regarding the additional work, but it was not simply extra crack stitching that I changed my mind and elected to have done. It was a significant amount of undetected cracking from the “engineering analysis” that should have been caught, a sentiment mirrored by your own employees. I welcome a call from management to clarify and resolve this matter.
