Nick with Ram Jack was awesome! He measures home elevations for the company. He was extremely thorough & he took the time to explain where potential problems exist. He was so helpful and patient. There are so many people out there who just do what they have to do and then take off, but Nick took the time to show my husband and I diagrams of elevations in our house. We have great appreciation for the customer service he provided. If I could give Nick more than a 5 star rating, I would!
