Best Cutting Out in Phoenix AZ

Our company just used Penhall for a last minute project to core some concrete and cut a square in a floor for a sump pump. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. From my initial call to the sales representative to dispatch, to the technicians that came out and performed the work. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, clean, and fast. We had Paradise Concrete fabricate a fireplace hearth and kitchen island concrete top about a year ago. The fireplace hearth turned out beautiful. The kitchen island however is the complete opposite. There are patterns on the top that make the top look like 3 sections were fabricated. Plus, Paradise Concrete made it it in the wrong color. I've tried to reach out several times to Hannah to replace the top, which she said she would after a site visit. It's been 4 months since then, nearly 8 months since the work has been done, and she is no longer responding. I'm very disappointed in how this has been handled, and even though the hearth came out beautiful, I could not recommend Paradise Concrete based on their follow up. We basically paid for an island top that isn't what we wanted and she has done nothing about it.

We were remodeling our kitchen and had to call a concrete scanning service to locate the post tension cables before we cut the concrete. Safe2core was able to come out right away and did a wonderful job. They clearly marked the cables and even some pipes that we had. From the lady in the office to the technician that came out, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We felt bad that we had to cut the technicians artwork! Definitely would recommend Safe2core when scanning concrete is needed!

The installation team did a great job. They listened to our requests and collaborated with us to design the layout. A standout aspect of the final layout were the lighting fixtures that were installed on the steps. We appreciate you!

Had them come out and bid on a tree trimming service in front of my house. Met with Nick and he was extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable with him and didn’t feel like I was getting “scammed.” Would highly recommend Big Nick’s for anyone that values honesty and work that’s done right.

Scheduled an appointment, called and checked status before hand, no call no show. Won’t answer calls or emails. Voicemail is full. Won’t be calling them again.
