My wife and I moved to the area from Chicago recently. The work was performed last weekend and it turned out great! He showed up when he said he was going to and explained the procedure. We're very happy with the quality as well as the communication Alan provided throughout the process. Can’t get Steve to return our phone calls. The epoxy is cracking and no other company will touch it because it isn’t their work. All other companies offer a lifetime guarantee. Steve now claims he doesn’t do residential work anymore. He has left us high and dry.
