Be very careful with this company. They are great at marketing and looking at homes, but their repairs are ridiculous, over-priced, and frequently do not address the underlying problem. After having them look at a home, I had two other repair contractors and an actual engineer visit the home and all of them actually specialize in soil movement and damage. Glad I did some actual research and spoke with some people that were trying to diagnose the problem instead of trying to sell me very expensive repairs.

As an example, this company tried to sell piers that were $3,200 each. I spoke with two other companies that sell them for under $1,500 each. They tried to sell some type of fan system but after talking to other engineers, I was told that this system is not vetted or approved by the engineering community nor is it proven to address soil movement.

Best advice I can give about this company? Never agree to repairs by them without getting opinions from other repair contractors or from engineers that will give you an honest opinion without trying to sell you expensive repairs.

Response to owner: You think I am a competitor? Now that is funny. That says a lot about you and the way you run your company - blame others for your company trying to sell unnecessary and expensive repairs. And I also noticed you didn't deny that you tried to sell piers for over $3000. Must be a sensitive topic sense the other two contractors I spoke to sold them for 1/2 the price. Seems to me that you are really good at marketing which is why your company is listed all over the internet, but once people dig into the details of your company and talk to others, you guys fall flat.
