also that James give as an estimate based on the actual linear feet that needed to be repaired. Pricing was reasonable and warranty was longer than the other companies. So, we hired them and everything was done as promised. They did a great job and I can't be happier for taking the opportunity (I no longer call it risk ?) to give this job to them.
