Ociel came by my home to look over the stucco we wanted. I guess because our home is super small and built in 1925 he prejudged and felt that providing a quote would not be beneficial to him or company. He promised to give me a quote in the evening and did not. I followed up with him couple days later and asked if he had the quote, and chose to not respond back. Not professional, not a great way to earn business. If he could not do it whether it be because of the house, neighborhood, or just cant do it! Then a simple message back of letting me know would have sufficed. What a waste of time and what a shame to ignore customers.

I was referred to Ram Jack by one of my neighbors. I thought I had a foundation problem. Andrew arrived on time, did a full inspection and advised me proper drainage would solve my problem. Another company also came out and tried to sell me very expensive repairs I did not need. Ram Jack is an honest company that will not mislead you. I would recommend them to anyone with a foundation problem.

The guys at Glendale Concrete Solutions helped me put together a new backyard design for my patio and fire pit area. They took the time to go over different stamp patterns and colors. My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. We were remodeling our kitchen and had to call a concrete scanning service to locate the post tension cables before we cut the concrete. Safe2core was able to come out right away and did a wonderful job. They clearly marked the cables and even some pipes that we had. From the lady in the office to the technician that came out, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We felt bad that we had to cut the technicians artwork! Definitely would recommend Safe2core when scanning concrete is needed!
