He was very thorough and scheduled a team to come down to do a survey of the whole house. A week later Tim M. was back to go over the survey and explain what was going on. He made sure we understood exactly what was needed and what the timeline was to be. He was very easy to work with, and put our minds at ease that our home would be safe when the work was finished, as well as transferable to the next owners should we sell in the future.
