Ociel came by my home to look over the stucco we wanted. I guess because our home is super small and built in 1925 he prejudged and felt that providing a quote would not be beneficial to him or company. He promised to give me a quote in the evening and did not. I followed up with him couple days later and asked if he had the quote, and chose to not respond back. Not professional, not a great way to earn business. If he could not do it whether it be because of the house, neighborhood, or just cant do it! Then a simple message back of letting me know would have sufficed. What a waste of time and what a shame to ignore customers.

Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. The installation team did a great job. They listened to what we wanted and designed the layout with us. The lighting fixtures installed on the steps were a highlight of the final design. We are extremely happy with the result.

I just called Five Star to request a quote for some work. A guy answered the phone and I said “hi, how are you today?” He said “who’s calling”...I gave my name and he promptly hung up on me! I believe he thought I was a solicitor because I asked how he was before staying what I was calling for! What the heck??
