Best Building Addition in Phoenix AZ

Charlie and his team (Alex) are amazing. I was nervous since this was my first time using them and it was for an interior project, for a sunken living room. Ram Jack recently completed a foundation repair at our home. Brian was informative and helpful every step of the way. Brian even reached out after the job was completed to make sure we were satisfied. Most companies you never see the person you originally dealt with after they get your money. Not the case with ram Jack. There crew was professional and made sure that any minor damages that resulted from them being on our property were promptly repaired. I have already recommended them to a friend and will continue to recommend them to anyone that finds themselves in the unfortunate position of needing their foundation repaired. Thank you Brian!

The guys at Glendale Concrete Solutions helped me put together a new backyard design for my patio and fire pit area. They took the time to go over different stamp patterns and colors. Best of the best! Not only where they on time to core some holes in my block fence but when Jim was done you couldn’t even tell he had been there well except for the 4” dia holes that he did. Amazing keep up the great work!

I just called Five Star to request a quote for some work. A guy answered the phone and I said “hi, how are you today?” He said “who’s calling”...I gave my name and he promptly hung up on me! I believe he thought I was a solicitor because I asked how he was before staying what I was calling for! What the heck??

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
