Best Driveway Resurfacing in Phoenix AZ

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. Road Tech Paving is a great company. They paved our driveway and it looks great. They have been doing paving work in our area for over ten years and they have a great reputation.

I’m usually not the kind of person who leaves review but this company went above and beyond to make my vision come true! If you’re looking for a reliable company who prides themselves in quality work and a good price this is the company to choose! They helped explain everything thoroughly and made sure to answered every question I had. They did a beautiful job on my garage epoxy. This is an amazing family owned business!

As you know, I lived in a complex at Camelback between 40th and 44th streets. We had 108 units ad a huge piece of property.

The people you hired to do the driveway are amazing - imagine finding a company who will do a small amount of work. I know the trouble we had.

I was president for 3 years and treasurer for 1 year and we always looked for someone to do this type of work on a small basis.

You all did a great job - very polite workers, stayed out in that heat all those hours and worked until they finished the specific work they were doing (actually I was surprised that they didn't start at 5:30 or 6 am - which is the norm for summer work in Phx).

We had our floors done when we first moved in and they looked great. The issue is when your floor settles and there are chips/cracks. I have had an awful time trying to get any response or an appointment even to fix my floors. It looks horrible with a chip right in the hallway and we are trying to sell our home. The customer service is very poor. I am still waiting with no actions after several weeks. I would not recommend them at this time. It is unfortunate as they have a nice product.

There’s nothing like fresh pavement in our gated community!!! I couldn’t stand the cracks and once our HOA approved the project we looked like a brand new community!
