Connecting with Ralph was easy and discussing my requests was easier. Ralph was patient with me, as I changed my mind a couple of times. His team, Nydia and Bobby, arrived each day on time, and their painting skills are top-notch. Everything went perfect, they were respectful of my home, treating it with such care, from prep-to paint, and cleaning up after each day. I'll be rehiring them for remainder of all my painting needs.

We used Improovy to paint the ceiling of our condo before we put it on the market and they did a great job. Super responsive and took care of everything. Seems to be a great solution for any move-in or move-out home painting as they were quick to accommodate our timetable and were able to provide a competitive quote via phone call, which was very convenient. There were a few items that we needed to fix after the job but their team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our project and bring it to a great compulsion. The Phoenix Scottish Rite contracted CertaPro on a referral from a member of our organization who used them for a residential project he completed at his home. We have a commercial building that needed our exterior awning ceiling inspected, demo, drywalled, mudded, and painted. We worked with Aubrie P. & Haylee B.. Both of which were incredibly swift to respond, friendly, and helpful. All of which you would want when spending a large sum of money for repair work. We would definitely use CertaPro again if needed and absolutely recommend them for both residential and commercial projects.
