Gilbert's painted the entire inside of our home, all rooms, walls, trim, doors & ceilings and did a great job! We were able to work with them to do all of the painting while we were out of town so their scheduling was great. Yes, we were able to leave them a garage door opener and felt entirely comfortable in letting them have the run of the house while we were away. The paint job they did was pretty awesome! Being a little (well maybe a lot) OCD, we did expect to find a few areas that we would have to ask them to do some 'touch up'. It was great to see that when we pointed those areas out they didn't bat an eyelid, said no problem at all, and had them fixed right away. Gilbert's were very professional, very easy to work with and we would use them again in a heartbeat.

I hired this company to paint the entire inside of my house as well as the kitchen cabinets. They did an excellent job and I have no complaints about their painting. I highly recommend them as painters.

Unfortunately, I had a major problem with the blinds which turned out to be an awful experience for me. Because the person who hung the blinds, after painting, did not hang them in a stud, three fell. The first fell in my master bedroom and broke to pieces. I could not reuse the head so had to order the complete blind for a very large window. The second blind fell on a Sunday morning at 330am. Because I had learned from the first experience, I immediately straighten the blinds and the head. I only lost three vanes (vertical blinds). The third fell in my guest bedroom and landed on the bed. Once again, I immediately straighten them and only lost three. I honestly did not know what to do.

I called the manager of Top Star Painting. He helped me discard of blinds in my master bedroom but felt it was not their fault. Later when I contacted him to explain that it was. He flatly refused to assist me and refused to accept responsibility. Not only was this a cost I had not planned to endure but also it was very traumatic.

Someone at my church suggested Lowe's and it turned out to be a wonderful experience and not as costly as other blind companies had quoted. They did a remarkable job not only in matching my blinds but in hanging them. The pattern had changed but the color was exact. The two patterns are so closely matched it is practically impossible to tell the difference. I also had to hire a blind repair company who came out, rehung two of them and checked the other blinds to ensure they would not fall. They indicated that it was the painters. When the third blind in the guest room fell, you could see the original holes whereas with the others the holes had been filled in and it was difficult to tell. I have pictures of the original holes than the holes where they were rehung.

I rated Top Star Painting a 4 because their painting was excellent, and I would recommend them to anyone for painting only.

I had some issues with the original paint job and they came right out to see what the problem was and fixed it right away. No questions asked. They were very professional from the salesman to the office to the man who oversaw the project and the painter himself. I had the entire inside of my condo painted in one day.

I had our office complex painted by this crew and was blown away by how well they did. I've had some bad experiences in the past and these guys really exceeded my expectations. The communication was great, the prep work was diligent, the masking was precises and the overall experience was first class! Great job, I will be referring you to my clients and friends!!

I can't rave on enough about the quality and workmanship of this contractor. We mutually agreed upon scope of work, start and completion
dates, and all at a reasonable price. Work ethic, attention to detail and execution was extraordinary. It is obvious that Dustin and his crews take pride in their work and produce a superior product, job well done!

This is a review of the bid process. We had a few companies come out to bid and Chris Stilwell was leaps and bounds above his competition. He was very detailed and asked all the right questions to make sure he bid what we were looking for. To the franchise owner - Make sure you keep Chris locked into your company, he is a huge asset! We are scheduling the work now so I can't comment on the work yet, but if it is half as good as the sales process was I'm sure it will look great!
