Got 4 bids, they were about in the middle but the most impressive from the beginning, and the only one to follow up. Thorough and detailed on the bid process and all communications, had the best solutions to address all the issues and the best warranty.The house had many problems, lots of peeling paint and cracks with water damaged stucco and concrete stem walls. The crew was great and Abraham addressed all my issues! They power washed all surfaces, removed all peeling and loose paint, scraped and then sealed all cracks and exposed areas with thick coats of Drylok, repaired missing stucco and broken stem walls. Scraped and refinished damaged drywall patio and porch ceilings. Even fixed some damaged bird blocking.The paints were top of the line Dunn Edwards with many different finishes per their suggestions, better than original. The semiglosses on the front and garage doors, casings and w.i. railings look amazing. Even the flat body colors are so thick they shimmer! The best part is you can't tell where any of the repairs were made. Seamless, better than brand new construction! Lots of comments from the neighborhood.
