Randy met with us to create quote which was fair. On day to start Randy and crew showed up on time. The team painting was very personable, explained what they were doing each day, and went above doing additional work like painting hardware to kitchen cabinets so they blended. Very professional and will use Top Star again.

I am a community manager who recently worked with CertaPro of the West Valley, PV and Scottsdale on a condominium project. I have to say, by far the best paint project in 8.5 years! There were less than a handful of touch ups needed at the end of the project. All of our mil tests came back passing, so the Association knows they received all that they paid for. I chose CertaPro because they had painted inside of my house a couple of years previously. The consultant was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. Everything was notated on the contract. The workmen were very thorough. They showed me what they were going to do and had me walk with them while they pointed out items that needed repair and those were included. I received more services than I expected. That is good business.
