The owner, Dina Wolfenden, gave me a very competitive same day quote, just one day after I asked for a quote. She explained the process in great detail and the quote documented every step and every product used. The job was scheduled within two weeks and took 4 days as anticipated. The crew showed up on time, were friendly and professional. Dina followed up each day to make sure everything was going to my satisfaction. They did a fantastic job, good price and the service is world-class. I couldn't be happier.

We used Improovy to paint the ceiling of our condo before we put it on the market and they did a great job. Super responsive and took care of everything. Seems to be a great solution for any move-in or move-out home painting as they were quick to accommodate our timetable and were able to provide a competitive quote via phone call, which was very convenient. There were a few items that we needed to fix after the job but their team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our project and bring it to a great compulsion. The painters were extremely efficient and professional. There was a delay on the first day and painting couldn't start on time but life happens, honestly I wouldn't have been as impressed if everything went right as planned.

Even with the first day being a complete loss the painters showed up and still finished ahead of schedule. Even though no painting could happen on day one they still ensured they had everything they needed and got started early on day 2. I had another contractor show up for unrelated work unexpectedly. The CertaPro Painters also handled that small delay professionally. I work in quality assurance so I'm hard to please and I expected to find corners that were cut to explain how quickly the work got done but I could not find any. The job was not only done quickly but it was also done completely and without any mistakes. I did not expect to be as happy as I was with the work that was done but I am over the moon happy.
