We used Improovy to paint the ceiling of our condo before we put it on the market and they did a great job. Super responsive and took care of everything. Seems to be a great solution for any move-in or move-out home painting as they were quick to accommodate our timetable and were able to provide a competitive quote via phone call, which was very convenient. There were a few items that we needed to fix after the job but their team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our project and bring it to a great compulsion. Guy came out to give me a quote on interior paint of master bedroom, bathroom. Looked around then said he would send quote over by email or text later that day or next. That was Feb 3. Have not heard from them since. Very unprofessional.

Kudos to Fernando Estrada! He called me after I lodged a complaint about the painter that was sent out. Fernando listened to my concerns. Came to the house to inspect the issues, made an appointment to fix the issues and insured that I was happy with the corrections. He apologized and was sorry that I had this experience, Great Customer Service for the company!!! Best Employee I Dealt With!!!
