We had the exterior of our house painted by Copper Valley and had a great experience. Carlos and Rodrigo did the work and they were punctual, respectful, and made our house look better than new. I feel like Hugh and everyone at Copper Valley really care about the quality of their work and I plan to use them again in the future.

JOE does not stand by his work! He supposedly painted my chimney after I had to hound him to do so to match my house when the full exterior paint was done by him. After a few years all the paint is coming off and it looks like a speckled egg! I called Joe and his company to just repaint the chimney and they have made every excuse NOT to fix the problem!! They said it was 3 years and out of warranty and I should have told them earlier!! Like I walk on my roof or would be looking for a problem. Bottom line, I trusted them to do a good job and stand by any shoddy work. They flat out refused to make the situation right!! Bad business!! All they had to do was repaint the chimney. I suspect they actually never did paint the chimney the first time and lied about it because we had to recall them back a second time and had to hound them to do it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR JOE!! DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORD!!! They are not straight up and are unprofessional!!!
