Randy met with us to create quote which was fair. On day to start Randy and crew showed up on time. The team painting was very personable, explained what they were doing each day, and went above doing additional work like painting hardware to kitchen cabinets so they blended. Very professional and will use Top Star again.

Ironically I'm getting quotes for house painting this week, but I won't be calling this place. The owner obviously has road rage as he aggressively passed me keeping the wheels of his large truck in my lane and cutting me off to express his anger at me not driving fast enough despite the fact I was in traffic and couldn't change lanes. Not the type of person you'd want to do business with.

Overall, we're happy with the outcome of Prime Painting. Our house was completed in a timely manner with good quality of the work. The crew was on time, respectful, and easy to work with every day. We did run into some issues that are important to acknowledge. They had to come back out for touch-ups and some trim pieces that were missed. Communication with Jim was a struggle, the office did not provide the crew clear directions regarding the details of our job, and they grossly over-ordered paint leaving us with 10+ gallons of white paint to store. Additionally, there were issues on the final touches like re-installing handles upside down, doors not closing properly anymore and many stripped screws discovered as we fixed the doors.

We used Improovy to paint the ceiling of our condo before we put it on the market and they did a great job. Super responsive and took care of everything. Seems to be a great solution for any move-in or move-out home painting as they were quick to accommodate our timetable and were able to provide a competitive quote via phone call, which was very convenient. There were a few items that we needed to fix after the job but their team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our project and bring it to a great compulsion. Overall a great experience with the Improovy team - highly recommend.

I had the exterior of my home painted by Arizona Painting Company. The estimator they sent was very pleasant, no pressure, answered all my questions. The estimate they emailed me was very detailed, spelling out exactly what they had agreed to do, quality of paint being used (no water) etc. When I called and told her later that we were going to go with another company that was a little cheaper, she negotiated with her manager to use an upcoming seasonal special to get a matching price.

The painters, Daniel and his partner, showed up on the days they said they were coming and within the time frames specified, and did a nice job not only painting the house, but sanding down and filling in a very weathered beam over our garage. Can't ask for more than that. Thanks!

I've had Bella Casa do two of my projects and have been very pleased with the result. They are friendly, professional, and priced reasonably. Will definitely hire them for future projects!
