We hired PHX Floors to stretch the carpets in the house we just bought. They were there early and finished 5 rooms in an hour and a half.

I would highly recommend PHX Floors for any of your flooring and remodel needs.

I went to Porter with great expectations. I parted company discussed. Needing some metal work done in a major remodel . I Supplied them with a conceptual design drawing along with a 50% deposit. Then I waited and waited and waited for the return of final drawings. Never got the drawings. What got was we had a big project we were working on. When they finally showed up to install the job it was a disaster to say the least. I have never in my 20 years of remolding homes worked with such a poor supplier. There will always problems with remodels and construction. It's how you handle the problems that counts. Porter Barn Wood failed on all points. Poorly ran company and that starts at the top.

We recently had our quartzsite counter tops fabricated by the L&M team. Our counter tops came out beautifully within 10 days. Prior to installation, Raul came to our house and created the templates, joined us at Aracruz Granite to select the specific tiles so the patterns could be matched, then back to L&M to layout the design of the templates to match the pattern design so the continued flow would occur and installed our beautiful counter tops in a week. Also, Sarah, who works at the front desk was always a joy to work with. She always answered the phone quickly and/or returned my calls as soon as she was able. Use L&M - you will not be disappointed.

I could have given negative but there is no option. Highly unprofessional, not customer friendly . And need etiquette class before they are allowed to open places like these. On top prices are not competitive either . I won’t be surprised if they close soon .
