Best Backsplash Tile in Phoenix AZ

My wife and I were looking to update our flooring. We wanted a wood look but did not want the upkeep or the price of wood. We had shopped Home Depot, Lowes, and a couple other big flooring stores. One of my customers suggested we visit Arizona Floors. Well, best thing we ever did. We met with Robert and he was very knowledgeable. He explained the advantages of a wood look ceramic tile. We were able to take home a few samples. Two days later, Robert came out for a measure and had a quote same day. We were very impressed with the level of service we received and went ahead with our purchase from Arizona Floors and have them do the installation. Two weeks later we have our new floors. Incredible customer service and ever better quality of work. We had them rip up our kitchen and laundry flooring and install porcelain tiles throughout. It is stunning! They were on time, kept everything clean and were very professional. Just an all around wonderful experience. To top it off, my 3 year old son was so inquisitive and they let him help take out a few of the tile seperaters. It made his day and was beyond kind. We will always use this company.

He conveys his knowledge in a way that makes sense and helps the customer make choices that fit their needs and wants. I've learned that the flooring business is competitive, you can buy cheap from big box retailers who care little about you, you can buy expensive from places trying to run up their profits, or you can purchase smart and between the two from Doug and Andy and walk away feeling you did it right. You can't go wrong with these guys, and if a mistake happens, I bet they will go above and beyond to make it right.

Very good during the quoting and scheduling phase. Kept in touch and worked us in to meet our schedule. Crew showed up right on time. Very pleasant and efficient. When they say dust free they mean dust free. House was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Floor of the whole house was tile ready, all in one day.. They removed about 560 s.f. of tile and used grinders to clean and profile another 1,040 s.f.

We have used Hernan’s Custom Tile and Stone several times in the past 6 years. Crew was very unreliable.. would not show up on Saturdays. Twice waited all day for them and never showed up. Finally work was completed. Discovered one tile not attached to floor. Called in 3 times. Made appointments for repair by Briana Light. On 3 different occasions they were no call no show. Very disappointed on your follow up service. I’m having to pay a different contractor to repair your work.
