Top notch professionals! Rob and his team was great to work with. This is the flooring professional everyone needs when working on your floors. Rob knew exactly what areas needed to be fixed, gave great advice, didn’t attempt to upsell me on anything, and provided excellent service. Our floors are now looking great, and I’m definitely going to be hiring his team again in the future for the rest of my home. I definitely recommend him and his team if any type of flooring service is needed!

We used urban customs for tile flooring installation 4 years ago in two of our spare bedrooms and contacted them again when we had a water leak and had to get the rest of the flooring in our house replaced. Rachel was a pleasure to work with and remembered us and what our tile looked like from 2018! She also gave us some great advice regarding our kitchen remodel as well. I had a good appointment to get a quote and they seemed high quality but I was not willing to pay the high price.

My father had used First Class Coatings about a year ago with great results and I've been jealous of his garage ever since, so I finally pulled the trigger and gave them a call. I had an outstanding experience with Eric and his team at First Class Coatings! I called him 9am on a Thursday, and he was at my house that same day with a plan and estimate to epoxy my garage floor. He spent a lot of time with my wife and I going over every detail of what we wanted, what to expect, and after care. with the next two days my garage floor was done, and it looks absolutely incredible. The price was right, the timing was right, and most importantly the finished look was right! I can't thank these guys enough!

I called got a quote, I told the guy to t let me know when he could start the job, I was told he was going to let me know is a few day, I don’t hear back in 4 days, I texted asking if still wanted to do the job, was told yes but never heard back…
Not a very professional esto do business and it was probably for the best! I can just imagine is the job would have been done and something went wrong, it wouldn’t probably never get fix…
