Top notch professionals! Rob and his team was great to work with. This is the flooring professional everyone needs when working on your floors. Rob knew exactly what areas needed to be fixed, gave great advice, didn’t attempt to upsell me on anything, and provided excellent service. Our floors are now looking great, and I’m definitely going to be hiring his team again in the future for the rest of my home. I definitely recommend him and his team if any type of flooring service is needed!

I have never written a review before but I felt it would be a disservice if I did not write one for Vinny at Royal Wood Flooring. He and his Crew did an amazing job! Vinny was extremely knowledgeable, his love and enthusiasm for wood flooring could be noticed the minute he walked in. If you need new flooring you've got to go here. They have a large selection to look through. Doug and Andy will do everything they can to ensure customer service and satisfaction. I've been so impressed with the friendly and professional service. I had bids from all sorts of places, and as soon as Doug started to talk about carpet, I immediately knew this guy was well educated and passionate about flooring. He conveys his knowledge in a way that makes sense and helps the customer make choices that fit their needs and wants. I've learned that the flooring business is competitive, you can buy cheap from big box retailers who care little about you, you can buy expensive from places trying to run up their profits, or you can purchase smart and between the two from Doug and Andy and walk away feeling you did it right. You can't go wrong with these guys, and if a mistake happens, I bet they will go above and beyond to make it right.

Daniel replaced the carpeting in my home with hardwood flooring. He did an absolutely beautiful job! He recommended products, quoted a fantastic price, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with everything. His attention to detail is incredible. If it's not perfect, he himself is not satisfied until it is.

As part of a major remodel of our home in Sun City West, we replaced 1,400 square feet of tile and carpet flooring with beautiful engineered hardwood purchased from Arizona Hardwood Floor Supply. Throughout the purchasing process, Sales Manager Tim was very easy to work with, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. I had a great experience with First Class Coatings. In the initial phone call Eric gave me a rough estimate of what I could expect based upon my estimate of garage size. He was careful to say that it was all dependent upon how rough the floor was and the actual measurements. I then met with him another day briefly to look at the various Epoxy options and colors and I made a selection from the samples in the back of his van. At the day of install his team showed up on time, prepped the floor completely in the morning and started putting down the floor in the PM. There was a previous seal on the floor so they evaluated what was there and made sure it could be sufficiently clean, sanded and able to be covered vs. grinding it off. They came back to put the sealer on day 2 and the result was just super nice! The entire team was professional all the way. I will say that the smell of the epoxy is pretty rough -- actually quite terrible during the dry time - but he warned me of that in advance. Just make sure you have good ventilation and don't plan to spend any time in the garage for a few days. The result is worth it. I'd highly recommend them.

As all home renovations and decorating ideas start, my house, located in Gilbert Arizona, started the same way. There was a need to replace the floor covering due to age and damage from a flooding issue. I had previously installed 12 inch ceramic tile throughout the first floor, with a Square footage of roughly 450 Square feet. The intention was to remove the tile so as to install a vinyl Planked floor.
I investigate the cost of renting the equipment, a dumpster to remove debris, and getting the needed helping hands to support this Job. I needed to estimate the time it would take to get to prepare the floor, for my new Vinyl floor. The coordination of all the issues that would allow me the ability to start installing the chosen flooring, was very confusing. This was actually the reason I decided to look into companies that could do the heavy lifting for me.
There were several issues that I had to overcome. I was 71 years old and as much as I felt I could do it physically, I kept wondering if I really want to do this job by myself. I had a time constraint that made me question if I could accomplish this effort in a timely manner. Once the cost estimates and time to complete was identified, I wondered what it would take to have it done by a reputable contractor. In my research I came up with one name “Arizona Home Floors”. I came in contact with an individual by the name of Nick who was well versed in the effort I was involved in. Do to his professional responses and company expertise, I decided to have Arizona Home Floors do the work. I was able to be schedule in less than one week from my original contact with the company.
On the scheduled date to begin, the crew showed up and went straight to work within the promised timeframe. I was greeted by the team lead, by the name of Maryanne. She and I toured the area to be worked. She measured the work area and prepared the paperwork in accordance with our agreement. As we were in the house measuring, her crew (made up of Roy, Jack, Robert and Carl) started putting the equipment in place. The first thing I notice is although my Job was the third for their day, they all had a look of determination with smiles on their faces. They looked like they enjoyed their job and worked well with each other. At the end of the job when they had completed, they still looked like they enjoyed doing what they do.
I found the entire experience to; far exceed my expectation. This company is highly professional and completed the work in the time frame, promised. I expected it to take much longer than estimated. The cost was much better than the numbers I came up with especially if I would have attempted it myself. I am writing this one day after the job was completed, the effort was completed in less than 4 hours. I am able to get up from a good night’s sleep that is something I did not anticipate, if I would have done this work myself. I am now completely ready to install the vinyl flooring that will change the appearance of my entire house.
I took a few moments to walk through the house with my wife and on exiting the house I was going personally thank each of the team members that did such a great job. However when I walked outside to thank everyone they were gone and looking around at the area they used as a staging area, you would have not known anyone had been there.
I highly recommend Arizona Home Floors for a dust free tile removal job that will allow me to complete this remodeling effort on time and within my planned budget. So thank you Maryanne, Roy, Jack, Robert, and Carl the job is complete. Keep up the good work and know you helped me move closer to a remodeling effort that I have been looking forward to for a very long time.

We asked Edgar to demo tile flooring and replace with concrete overlay before moving into our newly purchased home. Only a three week window was available and he and his team realy worked hard to get the job done for us. Extremely responsive, professional and caring to our needs.
They then did a great job on recoating the pool deck and yet another team ( Eric and Fransisco) tiled two showers and they came out absolutely beautiful!

Me and my family were on Cave Creek Rd on 9/21/22 when one of their work of vehicles was speeding through traffic cut us off and nearly caused a collision. The Individual that was driving was brake checking people and had absolute zero consideration for anyone on the road this was absolutely insane called the office twice with no answer completely unprofessional behavior in a work vehicle!!?!?
