I used Alan’s Flooring to install slate tile flooring and engineered wood in my home, and to replace baseboards. I’m glad I did. Alan is very responsive and meticulous in his work. It all came out looking beautifully. He offered the best value of any of the other contractors who bid on the job. If I had any constructive feedback it would be that the cleanup seemed a bit rushed and could have been a little more thorough. However I would use Alan again and have recommended him to other people.

Had about 800 sq ft of ceramic tile removed .I was a bit skeptical about the dust free claim however I was amazed that indeed the process was dust free. Maryanne and crew showed up on time, everyone knew exactly what to do and they got right to work, they were very courteous , efficient and tidy.Best of all my ugly tile was finally gone in a matter of a few hours and I didn't have a mess to clean up, 5 stars, Many Thanks!

Home Solutionz - Laveen is like my personal concierge for floors. I call the shop make an appointment, they always sends one of their pros and if they cant make it they never cancels, just turns up like a Swiss Watch and gets on with it. Last project took the new Lava stones for the pool, Italian handmade clay tiles for the entrance, and a unique Herringbone a staff ordered from Italy for us. Easy, beautiful and impeccable service. I will always leave a review at every juncture because I feel its important people know where to go for the right products.

Second the bad reviews, should have listened, decided to give them a chance, unreliable, no control over their own workers, seem to work several jobs at the same time, office talks nice but finds excuses, find someone else.

One of the worst companies I've ever worked for. Constant inappropriate behavior. High school drama. Favoritism. Supervisor and managers are disrespectful and do not care about your success as an employee. Training was ridiculous and they do not care. Its a joke how bad training is around the office. Lindsay Anderson(Director) laughs about it. Things weren't going good for the company as a whole. Constant mistakes. Losing money and bad service. That's why the turnover rate is really high.
