I can’t say enough good things about James, Terry, Chris and this company. They just wrapped a ten-location flooring project for one of our customers in the Phoenix Area and throughout the whole process, they maintained excellent communication in relaying project progress, details and completion photos to us at our offices here in Ohio. They even handled the logistics for us regarding the placement and relocating of the refrigeration trucks needed for perishables to be stored while the restaurant coolers were getting their new floors. They worked with us and our customer to schedule and complete these jobs at a time and in a manner that was the least disruptive to our customer’s business so I would highly recommend them for any flooring job needed and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Alan did an absolutely fantastic job! We really feel lucky to have found him. We had several quotes from a variety of bathroom remodeling professionals. We could tell right away that he knows what he’s doing and made us feel very confident that he would do just what we wanted. He is a perfectionist. That is what you want when doing a bathroom! His quote was absolutely fair. His communication was excellent. His timeline was realistic. He works very clean. Always cleaned up after himself. He was very good about some of the changes we made during the process. In fact what started as only one shower remodel became two. He works with an expert plumber that did excellent work. (Simon’s Plumbing). He also has a fantastic glass guy. (AJL Glass). We are so happy with the work he did we recommend him to anyone. We will be having him back to do our floors In the future. He really is the best choice!!

They installed laminate flooring throughout the house. Did an excellent job, showed up when they promised they would, and cleaned up after the work. Everybody was courteous and pleasant to deal with. Great company.

Just had Eagle Flooring install my floors and I am very pleased. Chris the owner was terrific was my first phone call and meeting all the way through the picking of the flooring and install. He really knows his stuff and is an all around great guy! I got 4 different bids and they are very competitively priced. George who installed the floors was also a great guy, prompt, friendly, professional, couldn't ask for more!

First off, if you are considering doing any floor removal, whether your home is furnished or not you need to consider using these guys. My job consisted of 1050 sq foot of ceramic tile coming out and I had the whole house empty.

Nick is extremely attentive, responsive, professional and just downright fun to work with. You can sense of pride in his work just from a simple conversation. Initially I held off on my job for about 6 months or more after speaking with him due to budget and timing issues and he remembered details from our first conversation and we picked up right where we left off.

He was very detailed in explaining how the process worked, even down to the contract, very easy to read and understand. Anything that might be an extra charge is easy spelled out for you.

I was waiting for my good experience to die down maybe when the work started. However come the day of removal, James and his crew showed up not only on time but early. Just before 7 am all ready to go. James was extremely courteous and helpful. The team got right to work. Funny thing is, my tile installer came to check out the work during the removal and said the tile won’t be completely done until the next day.. however James and his crew finished by 2 PM that very same day.

Also side note, Nick was readily available during the title removal, so any last minute changes, questions or concerns I had were taken care of immediately. Very helpful.

Final presentation. SUPER clean, fresh and ready for tile install. The house was not dirty, you could go In the same day and nothing was dusty or dirty. Great way to preserve your furniture, appliances and HVAC especially.

I highly recommend this company. I would 100% use them again and again when the time comes. It is definitely more expensive than the traditional tile removal but I’ve learned In life you get what you pay for and they are worth the extra. Thanks team

The team members were very responsive and communicative. This summer monsoons caused water damage to several of our carpeted rooms. We took this opportunity to extend tile throughout the entire level, and from RFP to final inspection signoff, Nick Kolzou consistently validated our choice to go with Toscani Flooring. Nick personally inspected the project daily to assess the (high quality) work, as well as check in with us to ensure we were comfortable. He even took the time to educate us on maintenance of our flooring to ensure we'll get the most life from it. I would not hesitate in the least to use Nick and Toscani for our future tile needs! Home Solutionz - Laveen is like my personal concierge for floors. I call the shop make an appointment, they always sends one of their pros and if they cant make it they never cancels, just turns up like a Swiss Watch and gets on with it. Last project took the new Lava stones for the pool, Italian handmade clay tiles for the entrance, and a unique Herringbone a staff ordered from Italy for us. Easy, beautiful and impeccable service. I will always leave a review at every juncture because I feel its important people know where to go for the right products.
