My experience with MicMar wasn't as good. Started to plan my floor project and demo with them a few months ago. Spent a lot of time and many trips to their office for picking up samples to get the exact floor that we wanted and finally a few months later we were ready to get started. In the meantime we went thru 2 floor estimators (the first one was let go and the 2nd one left the company for medical reasons) and the 3rd estimator was about to cash in on all the hard work that was done by the previous estimator until I was told that he will do me a favor and honor the price that I was giving on the floor a few months ago because the material prices went up since. So just to be clear with his statement I specifically asked him on what he is referring to. Labor prices? Internal material prices? Manufacturer prices? His response was that they are charging me less for labor and the manufacturer increased the prices on the floors we picked out. The only thing he was not aware of is that I spoke directly to the manufacturer prior and specifically asked the regional representative if they increased any pricing on this specific flooring that we picked. His answer was no. When confronting the situation and flat out calling the estimator out on his lie in a chain of emails and I also had the owner Mike copied on the email. I got an answer from the owner right away to apologize for the misunderstanding and asked me how he can help. When I replied and asked him not to insult me with a misunderstanding statement since everything is in black and white on the email chain and challenge him to explain what I misunderstood. He went silent and received an email days later from another person that work there that she is trying to explain that their buying power is not as much and they're a small shop. According to the regional representative they did not increase any prices so I'm not sure where that is coming from.
Bottom line is if you want to get your floors or any demolition done by an honest company that don't lie to try to make a sale look elsewhere. I will NOT recommend them to any of my friends and family and I hope you do the same.
I do understand that they do have to make a profit but try to be honest and don't lie to your customers that are spending a lot of money. Also if they just admit to the lie since everything was documented in an email chain maybe I would have gave them another chance.

We used urban customs for tile flooring installation 4 years ago in two of our spare bedrooms and contacted them again when we had a water leak and had to get the rest of the flooring in our house replaced. Rachel was a pleasure to work with and remembered us and what our tile looked like from 2018! She also gave us some great advice regarding our kitchen remodel as well. Would highly recommend this company, our flooring looks amazing!

Top notch service! We were impressed with the great job that they did. We were able to keep our original baseboards (Which they painted to look new). Mark and Daniel are very professional and I definitely will use them for our next flooring upgrade.

We needed to replace the carpet in our house and decided to install hardwood floors in 5 rooms. Daniel took the time to help us pick out the wood and talked to us about our options - transitions/no transition, baseboards in rooms that had carpet baseboards, and patterns (diagonal, herringbone, straight). The attention to detail from initial meeting to final delivery never waivered. He went above and beyond helping us with additional projects. He cleaned up the job site every night and was on time everyday, working past 5:00 to meet our deadline. I can’t recommend Daniel enough. All the 5 star reviews are accurate, you won’t be disappointed!

As part of a major remodel of our home in Sun City West, we replaced 1,400 square feet of tile and carpet flooring with beautiful engineered hardwood purchased from Arizona Hardwood Floor Supply. Throughout the purchasing process, Sales Manager Tim was very easy to work with, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He was always responsive to our questions or concerns and provided excellent advice. Ratko did an outstanding job installing the floor and baseboards, and they look gorgeous. We had a great experience with Home Solutionz. Our estimator/consultant, Ray, was outstanding. They worked us in sooner than they typically do, got our old floors demo'ed in a single day, the new floor installed the second day, and finish work done by late morning the third day. Installers were professional. The cuts on the floating flooring weren't as even as I'd like but the finish work covered all of it, so only I know the gap isn't uniform. We will definitely use them again on a future project we are planning. Thank you!
