Willie call the day before installation and we agreed on a time and he was a half hour early. Gary joined him shortly thereafter and they helped me move the fridge and freezer out of the garage, got my impression of what I wanted done and went to work. They were very neat and professional. They cleaned up after completing the floor and gave me clear instructions on its maintenance. They left me with an overall good feeling about the work performed on my beautiful floor.
