Best Remove And Replace in Phoenix AZ

We just started the process of remodeling our kitchen. I called 4 other tile removal companies and they were either booked for a few weeks or I had to leave a message. I called Az Home Floors LLC and spoke to Nick. He was so helpful and awesome. He gave us an appointment for the next morning. Rogelio Osornio was at our house at 7 am the next morning with his crew. Very professional. So happy with the dustless process. We highly recommend the company. Their employees (Rogelio) was very polite and it is great to see young adults that have a high work ethic.

I hired Home Solutionz for replacing carpet and some painting before moving in. They got the job done, but I am rating them 3 stars because of the lack of communication and lack of commitment to resolve problems. The carpet install which was the major portion was delayed by two days. I understand delays occur, but timely updates would have helped. The project manager assigned to me (not naming here) was not of much help. She clearly did not care about timely updates on delays. I relied on her communication as I was not onsite most of the time. She was either too busy or least bothered to return calls. The carpet install and bathroom door install were delayed by 2 days and just a day before my move date, and I never got an update after it was completed. The only saving grace for this vendor was the sales person Audrey who was in constant touch and helped a lot with selecting the right carpet and fair price.

We had interviewed three different floor covering companies before hiring Home Solutionz. I will definitely give Home Solutionz FIVE STARS.
Every person we had contact with ranging from In Home Sales, the Installers, Project Manager and office personnel were outstanding. No hard sell tactics. Project Manager called to explain procedure the WEEKEND before start date of phase 1. In Home Sales, Tom Inman, had brought many samples to choose from. We knew our square footage and how much flooring expected to be ordered. The order was right on ! At the expense we expected. The first day a crew of four arrived to complete first half of project. Pablo was Project Manager during that phase.They worked rapidly and it was obvious that they were in sync together from working together previously for some time. The installers Javier, Guero and Saul were so conscienceious and respectful. They are all welcome to our home again for projects in the future. Beautiful work done during phase II. New wood molding applied on floor at wall. This group completed dining room, living room and master bedroom, Fantastic final job with Abraham, Daniel and Ivan. Very happy. The way to go !!
