Due to Covid19 my original tile was delayed and Adam went out of his way to recommend and find the new replacement. The entire process was smooth and on schedule. I just dropped off two pallets of flooring, they opened their dock early for me, the people were passionate about the jobs they provide to their community, the “boss man” came out and made sure I was being taken care of and not having to wait to unload, employees were fast, efficient, polite, well groomed, skilled, and gave myself and my co-driver 2 bottles of cold water each when they realized we were from out of town and were just winging it in the desert lol.

Kinda makes me wish I lived nearby just so I could patronize such an awesome business.

The Flooring Professionals crew was amazing! I used FP for a 1900 sq ft floor leveling and vinyl plank flooring install. The FP processes are truly dust free and of exceptional quality. The crew was always on time, they worked carefully throughout the home, answered all my questions throughout the process and completed the projects on time. I would absolutely recommend FP for any floor leveling project, they are truly experts!

Rachel was terrific to work with. She understood what I needed and provided the best plan for cabinets. In addition, she looked for sales in Waypoint cabinets and passed on the savings to us. Then when she had the old cabinets removed, she donated them to a charity and gave us the receipt for our taxes. Few contractors do these services. She and Heath also stand by their product and do small tweaking (no large issues).

Billy was very professional and knowledgeable. It was a minor consultation to see what needed to be done to our floors. He not only suggested what needed to be done, but fixed it in a very short time. It looks great.

Renovation and Design Concepts transformed my dated and unattractive kitchen into a beautiful, contemporary and functional heart-of-the-home. The RDC Gals worked with me at every strategic point. They designed a new countertop layout to include a functional eat-in bar. They showed me dozens of options for countertops and backsplashes. Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. From the quality of the workmanship to their keen eye for finishing touches, Renovation and Design Concepts fully met my expectations for quality, value and aesthetics. Can't wait to do my master bath!

We own a residential construction company in Phoenix. We use Toscani tile on every installation. This includes many intricate high-end jobs as well as large scale projects. We know that Nick and his crew will do the best possible job and follow all direction given in order to make sure the job is up to the highest standards.
We just used them to install in our own personal home. As usual, we couldn't be happier.

I don't understand why businesses which advertise on vehicle's decide to drive with no consideration for other motorists. On Tuesday, October 6th in the afternoon I was driving to Del Webb hospital where I work and was completely cut-off by this company's truck. Why drive like a maniac ? I hope no one gives this company any business. Drive considerate!

They have some good prices and are helpful and knowledge.
