Best Porcelain Tile Flooring Installation in Phoenix AZ

Just had a great experience with ABS. The carpet looks beautiful. Great selection, good quality, fair prices superior service. They took great care to come to my house, and guide me to the right products for my situation. They delivered what they promised when they promised in a clean and efficient fashion. Installed hardwood flooring for us. The price was fair. The project started and finished on time. We had some worries about material availability but we were kept adequately informed and in the end everything arrived on time. George the installer did a great job with the install. I have worked with other hardwood companies in the past- I wish I had found Chris and Eagle Flooring sooner. I would highly recommend.

The owner showed up with a group of eight trainees. Unbeknownst to me, I paid full price to be a demonstration / training facility. I feel that my job was a lesser priority for this company. I tend to be very selective about the companies I work with, and I was disappointed. To me this company offered only two of the following options speed, quality, or price. The job was complete in 6 hours; much more quickly and with less dust than alternative methods would have. However from the corners you can see where they, well, cut them. I say use with caution and supervision.

I am a repeat customer, bought my floors here a couple of years ago. Back again for a spec home. They always sorts me out with the high-end stuff. Pricey but the sort of homes we do call for it and Ive always had ppl at open houses ask me where the floors are from so they Sell!

Carla came out to give me a quote for flooring. I was expecting to get a quote within a couple of days. Over a week passed by and I still didn't hear anything. I emailed Carla and tried calling but was still unable to get a response. It's been a few weeks now and I still haven't heard anything. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time with this company, particularly Carla.

Small local business with a personal touch. Shane is a great guy and they have lots of selections on tile, granite & quartz tops. They have prefabricated tops as well
